Amairani Quezada

As the Program Specialist for the LLI, Amairani coordinates operations and logistics for the Fellowship Program and other events.

An alumna of Denver’s East High School, Amairani will graduate with her dual bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from Daniels College of Business in 2018. A first generation college student, Amairani is a Denver Scholarship Foundation Scholar, Dean Scholar, and Taylor Scholar.

She has gained accounting experience as an intern at RK Mechanical the past two summers. She hopes to intern at a public accounting firm and/or government agency in the future.

Amairani also works for DU’s Volunteers in Partnership (VIP) Program, a college access organization that serves high schools in Denver and Aurora.

Outside of work, Amairani volunteers extensively at Holy Cross Catholic Parish and enjoys traveling to Chihuahua, Mexico to visit family.
