Lucinda Garcia Flores has over 15 years of progressive human resources, project and program management experience. She has widespread human resources expertise to include talent acquisition, compensation, information systems, payroll, benefits, employee relations and legal compliance. Lucinda is currently employed at PayTech where she is responsible for supervising a team of Project Managers who lead projects related to human capital management/payroll system implementations, business process optimizations and organizational change. Lucinda previously served as an Associate Vice-President of Human Resources and was a former EEO Compliance Investigator/Trainer. She holds a Professional in Human Resources certification and is a Certified Compensation Professional.
Lucinda is committed to advancing Latino leadership and professional development. She previously served on the Board of the La Raza Youth Leadership Institute and the National Society of Hispanic MBA’s Colorado chapter. Lucinda is from the San Luis Valley and currently resides in Broomfield with her husband and daughter.
