Andrew “Rusty” Gonzales is CEO of St. Andrews Construction Services. He has been a business owner in the electrical industry since 1986. Gonzales received an Alliance Project Management Certificate, and completed the Howard University, Government Contracting Competency Program.
Gonzales is active in the local community and serves on the boards of the National Electrical Contractors Association and the Hispanic Contractors of Colorado (HCC). He serves on the National Management Education Institute and HCC Transportation Committees. Gonzales was a founding donor in the Gabriel Pando Endowment Scholarship Fund, and a founding member of the Latino Community Foundation of Colorado (LCFC). He is an active supporter of the Young Latino Philanthropist Initiative. Gonzales recently was recognized as LCFC Philanthropist of the Year. Originally from Cheyenne, Wyoming, he resides in Denver with his wife Jean.
