Olivia is Director of the Minority Business Office in the Office of Economic Development and International Trade, responsible for integrating Minority and Women owned businesses into the Economic Development plans for Colorado. She has experience in the public, private and non-profit sector, having worked at Wells Fargo and Lucent Technologies and as the Executive Director of the Colorado Latino Leadership Advocacy & Research Organization. She is a Livingston Fellow, a NHLI Fellow, a Colorado Supreme Court Nominating Commissioner and a Board Member of the Colorado JudicialInstitute. Shelives in Denver with her husband and two children.
