Simon serves as a Senior Director for Policy and Strategy in the office of Governor John Hickenlooper focusing on Economic Development, Technology and Labor. Previously, Simon worked in Washington, D.C. with the office of Senator Harry Reid of Nevada and the office of Senator Mark Udall of Colorado where he worked on international trade, agriculture, immigration and Hispanic affairs. Simon was the President of the Congressional Hispanic Staff Association. Simon’s previous work experience was in the non-profit sector at El Pomar Foundation, where he expanded the Foundation’s demand-driven approach to philanthropy.
