The Latino Leadership Institute (LLI) at the University honors the heritage of leadership, advances Latino professionals to positions of influence, and prepares organizations to innovate for the workplace of tomorrow.

  • LLI WAS FOUNDED

    LLI WAS FOUNDED

    The LLI was founded by a group of extraordinary leaders. The founders partnered with the University of Denver and established a 12-month Fellowship for Latino professionals. The first cohort of 19 Fellows was selected.

    LLI INCREASES OUTCOMES AND ESTABLISHES THE LATINO HALL OF FAME

    The Fellowship grew to 2 cohorts per year which increased the number of Fellows to nearly 50 annually. The LLI created the Latino Hall of Fame and hosted an inaugural gala.

    To effectively shape Colorado’s future, The LLI partners with nationally-recognized researchers to share their data with diverse audiences through symposiums, The LLI provides organizations and companies with uniquely designed leadership seminars modeled after the Fellowship’s program design.
