LEAP (Latino Entrepreneurship Access Program)

Scaling Latino & BIPOC Businesses.
Elevating Entrepreneurs.
Building Generational Wealth.

Less than 3% of Latino-owned businesses ever reach $1M in annual revenue
. LEAP was built to change that—equipping entrepreneurs with the capital, networks, and strategies to scale beyond the barriers.

Latino Leadership

About the Program

LEAP is a 7-week virtual high-impact program designed to move businesses from high potential to high impact. Participants gain access to:

• Technical expertise from global business leaders with a laser focus on sales, customer growth, and leadership skills
• A powerful peer network of growth-stage CEOs
• Strategic support from experienced advisors
• A curated network of funders

This combination of knowledge, support, and capital access equips founders to scale with intention and lead with confidence. Beyond the virtual programming, participants will also be invited to an in-person event—an opportunity to meet fellow founders and engage with the wider LLI community.

The LEAP Entrepreneur

LEAP entrepreneurs are Latino and BIPOC founders leading product, service, or tech-enabled businesses with a minimum of $100K in annual revenue. They are ready to grow—armed with vision, drive, and the grit to scale.

LEAP provides the infrastructure, insight, and connections they need to unlock their next stage of success.

Marisol Solarte-Erlacher

Founder & CEO, LPC and Associates

“There’s something really special about the space that’s created by the LLI that allowed me to explore leadership and entrepreneurship through the lens of my experience as a Latina. My LLI network continues to develop and nurture me. My LLI familia really takes every opportunity to lift each other up in real tangible ways, more so than any other program or network I’ve been involved in. I cannot recommend it strongly enough to anyone who might be considering it.”
