The Latino Leadership Institute at the University is excited to welcome two members to our Advisory Board.
Diane Garcia, an alumna of the Institute’s Fellowship Program joins the Advisory Board as the Fellowship Alumni representative. Diane has served as a human resource professional and executive for more than 20 years, most recently as the Vice President of North America and Corporate Recruiting for Level 3 Communications.
Chris Chavez serves as the Director of Global Corporate Citizenship and Corporate Relations for Ball Corporation, and is the Executive Director of The Ball Foundation.
In addition to the two new additions to the LLI Advisory Board, we’d also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Patricia Baca for her years of service on our Board of Directors and her role as a founding Board member. Dr. Baca was instrumental in launching the institute. She has served on our Board since 2015.
