- Individually selected and assigned paid advisory board members

Eligibility Requirements
Latino and BIPOC founders and business owners must:
- Be a CEO, president, or business owner
- Identify as Latino or BIPOC
- Have a minimum of two employees or independent contractors working for the company
- Be headquartered in the U.S.
- Generate a minimum of $100,000 in annual revenue
