Adriana Govea is a healthcare executive with more than 20 years of experience. She has led many teams to successful performance as a result of her strong work ethic, high level of professionalism, and strategic thinking. Her expertise includes development and trending of key performance indicators that measure progress against business goals and objectives, in addition to revenue cycle management, practice operations, and process improvement. Adriana’s philosophy is to lead by example and to always be available to her colleagues when they need assistance, coaching, or mentoring. Adriana was born in Guadalajara, Mexico and moved to the US at the age of 15. As an adult learner and single mother, she was able to successfully complete her educational goals while balancing a full-time job.
