Amanda Reyes

Amanda Reyes is an adaptive contracting officer who has negotiated complex contracts both in the federal and private sector with emphasis in professional service and large scale construction. She spearheaded innovated ways to expedite awards. She led Air Force construction in Pakistan and was tapped to facilitate the strategy for the AF Civil Engineering Center to build a fleet of KC-46A aircrafts valued at $3.2B. Prior to that she worked for the Kansas City Corp of Engineers. She was a contracting specialist for Great-West Financial Headquarters and now is the Contracting Officer for CH2M’s FEMA Program. In her 11-year career Ms. Reyes has been awarded several awards to include Supervisor and Employee of the Year as well as the 2015 Colorado Air Force Association Military Award Top 3 in Contracting.
