Claudia Farfan Loroño

Claudia is originally from Merida, Yucatan, Mexico. She earned her bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in Math from Colorado State University, then went on to earn her master of science degree in engineering and technology management from the Colorado School of Mines. She has over 10 years of experience in the Energy industry and currently works for Platte River Power Authority as a Power System Operator. Claudia also is a successful small business owner, with her husband they own 2 restaurants Krazy Karls Pizza, in Fort Collins. She volunteers in various organizations focusing on immigrant rights and Latinas in education. She is an alumna of the Latino Leadership Institute at the University of Denver.
