Crestina Martinez

Crestina Martinez serves as Chief of Staff to Colorado Lieutenant Governor Dianne Primavera. Crestina’s career in public services includes: Regional Manager for the Colorado Department of Local Affairs; Government Relations and Partner Outreach for the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing; County Liaison for the Colorado Department of Human Services; and, serving as Costilla County’s youngest County Commissioner.

Crestina earned a Bachelor of Arts in both Sociology and Spanish from Colorado College. She was born and raised in the San Luis Valley and is a multi-generational Coloradan. Crestina and her mother raise all natural high altitude grass-finished cattle and hay at the South Ute Mountain Ranch in San Acacio Viejo.
