Daniella Morello

Dani brings over 10 years of experience in education to her role as Director of Strategic Partnerships at STRIVE Prep, a Denver charter school network comprised of 11 schools. A connector, her background lends strong experience in organizing, operations, and relationship-building. Prior to STRIVE Prep, Dani served as founding Director of Operations of Match Community Day, a new and innovative elementary school focused on English Language Learners. In addition, Dani has served as a Director of Parent Organizing at the Massachusetts Charter School Association, where she successfully led a community outreach campaign to open more charter schools to in the City of Boston. Dani’s experience as a bilingual learner and daughter of immigrants has fueled her passion for educational equity.
