Elisa Overall

Elisa is a dedicated public servant and advocate. A 2017 graduate from Law School, Elisa is a proud University of Denver Alumna. She works at The Noble Law Firm on criminal appeals. Prior to her legal career she lived in Telluride, Colorado and worked in immigrant rights and equity in access to health services. In 2013 she successfully lobbied the Telluride City Council’s unanimous approval of a soda tax referendum, bringing global attention to beverage taxes as a public health policy. She is a native Spanish language speaker and has lived in countries far and wide, and is subsequently fluent in Portuguese and French as well.
