Jason Clark

Jason serves as Diversity & Inclusion Consultant for Great-West Financial helping to advance the company’s everyday culture. He partners with internal and external stakeholders to attract and recruit diverse talent, lead business resource groups, and advise and train people and leadership on best practices for cultivating an inclusive workplace. Jason’s 10+ years of experience includes strategic planning, nonprofit management, diversity and inclusion, college access and retention, partnerships and staff development. Before Great-West, Jason served in leadership roles at various education nonprofits including College Track and the Denver Scholarship Foundation, as well as the University of Colorado Denver where he increased the ethnic/racial diversity of new, graduate students from 9.7 to 21.5%. Jason’s board experience includes the Colorado I Have a Dream Foundation, YESS Institute and Colorado College Alumni & Students of Color Association. Born in New York City, he currently resides in Aurora with his family.
