Joe Amato-Baril

Joe Amato-Baril is Vice President of Marketing for FirstBank, Colorado’s second largest bank and third largest privately held bank in the nation. At FirstBank, Joe is responsible for leading marketing and advertising efforts, including Latino-related initiatives. He joined FirstBank in 2010 as the Director of Diversity, helping the bank create an integrated diversity program and manage recruitment efforts. Prior to FirstBank, Joe spent nearly three years at Land Title Guarantee Company where he worked in residential closings and accounting. Joe has volunteered as a mentor at the CU Boulder Leeds School of Business and other local non-profit organizations. He is highly involved in the Denver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Foundation board and graduating from the Hispanic Leadership Development Program. In 2013, the Chamber recognized Joe as the Young Professional of the Year.
