Lucinda has more than 18 years of progressive human resources, project, and program management experience. She has widespread human resources expertise that includes talent acquisition, compensation, information systems, payroll, benefits, performance management, employee relations and legal compliance. Lucinda is currently employed at PayTech where she is is responsible for managing and driving the strategic direction, methodology and service delivery of the Project Management and Human Resources Information Systems teams throughout the United States and Canada. She is responsible for HCM project managers and HRIS consultants who lead projects related to human capital management/payroll system implementations, business process optimizations and organizational change. Lucinda previously served as an Associate Vice-President of human resources and was a former EEO Compliance Investigator/Trainer. She has previously served on various non-profit boards.
