Margaret Nevarez, M.Ed

Margaret Nevarez joined Capital Real Estate, LLC as Director of Human Resources in November of 2018. Prior to joining CRE, Margaret oversaw human resources and property management operational functions for Monroe Group, a privately-held real estate company specializing in multi-family housing from 2012 until 2018.

Margaret has over 15 years of experience in leading many aspects of Human Resources ranging from human capital management to strategic planning and organizational development. Her Human Resources career and experience includes working with rapidly changing multi-state industries including oil and gas, manufacturing, consulting and multi-family housing.

Margaret is a strategic business leader with demonstrated ability to create stakeholder value by building high performing teams, increasing organizational effectiveness and producing positive business results within highly effective workplace culture.

Margaret holds a Master’s Degree in Education of Human Resources Management and Organizational Development from Colorado State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

Margaret lives in Brighton, CO and enjoys spending time with her family and her three dogs in the beautiful Colorado outdoors.
