Michelle Garcia

Michelle brings over 19 years of experience in Retail Banking to U.S. Bank. Her background lends strong experience in management, employee development, compliance, and project management. Michelle specializes in corporate philanthropy and employee community involvement. Michelle leads the strategy and execution of community grants and volunteerism while building strategic relation-ships with community organizations that complement U.S. Bank’s corporate giving programs. She joined U.S. Bank in 2010.
Michelle serves as Board Treasurer of U.S. Bank’s Employee Development Network Denver Chapter. She serves on the “I Have a Dream” Foundation of Boulder County’s Emerging Leaders Board. She is an active advisory council member for Foothills United Way and Mi Casa Resource Center. Michelle is a Colorado native, and enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
