Miriam Tapia Salinas

As Executive Director for Diversity Enrollment and Community Partnerships at the University of Denver, Miriam has helped lead efforts to achieve the most diverse undergraduate class in university history. Miriam’s life experiences as a daughter of immigrants, a graduate of Denver Public Schools, and a first-generation college student have fueled her passion for educational equity. Miriam currently serves as President of the Colorado Coalition for the Educational Advancement of Latinos (CoCEAL) and has served on numerous committees and task forces focused on college access and higher education inclusivity.
