Nora C. Saenz

Nora is a passionate leader, devoted to advocating for underserved communities. Her extensive breadth of experience is in the non-profit, business, and government sectors. She is strongly committed to public service and has spent much of her career working for the underprivileged. Her experience encompasses direct advocacy and service to the public, business development, and program management. She currently works for Boulder County in the Community Services Department, as a Program Manager of Career & Business Services through the Workforce Boulder County division. Nora started her career for Workforce Boulder County, as an Employment Advisor, helping individuals struggling to find work or facing difficult transitions in their careers. Eventually, she moved on to Business Development where she provided Businesses direct services and support in connecting to qualified talent.
