My expertise lies in successfully creating and implementing strategic, operational processes, coaching and developing strong labor relations. Through my experience, I have become expert in overseeing a wide diversity of operations and fiduciary responsibilities to ensure profit maximization and optimize financial performance while expanding market share for NECA employers. Presenting the best source of management education products and services that enable RMC, NECA Membership to operate successful, profitable and professional business entities. Provided Labor relations for half the state of Colorado which includes IBEW #68 Denver Inside Membership and IBEW #969 Grand Junction Inside Membership. Both locals account for approximately 3 million man hours yearly. Managed the dynamic 8th District Pension, Annuity and Health Trusts, a five state Regional Multi-Employer Trust with over a billion dollar in assets. Recently completed a 2 year term on CIR representing 8th District and served for 8 years as Co-Chair of the Colorado State Electrical Board within the State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies and a recent graduate of the Latino Leadership program at Denver University and a current Alumni of the program. Currently sits on the International Foundation Financial Education/Retirement Security Expert Panel.

Responsibilities include the full gamut of a Chapter Executive responsibilities, including 1) Labor Relations, 2) Business Development, 3) Government Relations, 4) Membership Development and Services, and 5) Trade Association Administration.
