Teresa Kostenbauer

Teresa Kostenbauer leads University Relations at Arrow Electronics in North America where she has created a best in class program attracting the next generation of talent. Previously, Teresa worked at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where she established the career center for the new Colorado School of Public Health. Prior to her years at Anschutz, Teresa worked at the University of Denver for a decade and held roles in career and corporate Relations. Teresa is known for her ability to create strategic partnerships, foster global connections, and promote a diverse work environment. She is the creator of Arrow Diversity Day, DU Inclusive Excellence Case Competition, and the Colorado Multicultural Career Fair. A lifelong learner, Teresa is a first generation college graduate and passionate about mentoring young people.
