Teresa Manago

Teresa Mañago is Director of Product Strategy for Empower Retirement. In her role, she partners with senior leaders to develop Empower’s retail digital wealth management growth strategy. She has a passion for developing simple and actionable solutions to help people achieve their savings and investment goals. Teresa joined the organization in 2009 and is the founding board member and National Treasurer of Empower’s Latino Business Resource Group. Prior to joining the firm, she held roles with increasing levels of responsibility in product strategy and development, service design, customer experience, and marketing for Fortune 500 companies. Her areas of expertise include financial wellness, retail customer loyalty and customer engagement. Teresa has also taught at the Regis University College for Professional Studies in its dual-language business program, where she worked closely with members of the Latino community. Teresa is an active volunteer and has trained women in leadership and communication skills, and an advocate for diversity and equality.
