Valerie Crespin

Valerie has 20 years of progressive human resources experience with expertise in a variety of areas including employee engagement, training, development, organizational design, change management, workforce planning, and compensation. Before her current role, Valerie spent 10 years at Wells Fargo supporting executive and senior leaders in a variety of corporate staff groups, including finance, audit services, law, corporate communications and community and government relations. Early in her career, Valerie was a Human Resources Manager at Corporate Express (now Staples). She served on the Board of Directors for the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) Colorado chapter.
