2014
Organization Founded
- The LLI is founded by a group of extraordinary leaders
- They partnered with the University of Denver and established a Fellowship for Latino professionals
2015
First Fellowship Cohort Launched
- The first in-person cohort of 19 Fellows is launched
2016
Colorado Latino Hall of Fame Established
- The Colorado Latino Hall of Fame is established and the LLI hosts the inaugural gala
2017
The Impact Initiative Launched
- Partnered with nationally recognized researchers to share data and research
2018
Leadership Seminars Launched
- The LLI launched their leadership seminars to provide organizations with leadership trainings
2020
Insight to Inclusive Leadership Launched
- The LLI developed and launched Insight to Inclusive Leadership (DEI leadership program)
- The first virtual Fellowship cohort is launched
2021
Separated from the University of Denver
- Formed their own 501(c)(3) organization
- Launched the 10th Fellowship cohort – resulting in 232 Fellowship Alumni
2022
Announced Two New Programs
- Developed and launched Ignite, a virtual leadership program to replace the Fellowship program
- Developed and launched LEAP (Latino Entrepreneur Access Program)
- Created the Ignite Facilitator Training Institute (FTI)
