Joelle Martinez and Tamara Vigil, Ignite graduate and Sr. Delivery Principal & ERG Lead at Slalom, recently sat down with Mile High Living at Denver7 to share why Ignite is part of the solution to closing the Latino leadership gap across sectors and industries.
Says Tamara: “When companies support their employees [in leading authentically], they get a different version of that person – someone that is inspirational and can uplift and bring others along. As leaders, that’s what we do: we serve outward and pave a path forward. We need to be able to support others along that path as well.”
